We typically fulfill your order and ship it out within 1-2 business days after your order has been received. Economy shipping via USPS typically takes 5-8 additional days for delivery. 

Business days typically consist of Monday - Friday; please allow extra time on the weekends as USPS is closed on Sundays. 

For domestic orders in the USA, we charge a flat $4.99 fee for shipping under $20. Orders over $20 automatically qualify for free shipping at checkout and include economy shipping.

If you are unsatisfied in any way with your order, simply return it! Returns are only accepted on orders delivered within 14 days. The return label expires after 7 days, be sure to ship before then or we can no longer accept your return.

Nail returns MUST be unused and unopened, in the original packaging, the inner packaging must also be unopened. Refunds are distributed after the product is received at our warehouse and inspected.

In the case of any product damage or breakage, our team will require proof for a refund. We may ask the customer to return the damaged product to us for further inspection prior to issuing a refund. Refunds are processed for damaged products after our inspection is finalized.

Our nail kits come with 10 different nails sizes (20 nails total) to ensure the best fit for everyone! Pro tip: if you are between sizes, choose the smaller size for a more natural look.

Our nails don't cause any damage! They are so easy to remove, just add a little bit of cuticle oil around the edges and work it under the nail with the provided wooden stick to peel off when ready for a change. They don't require any soaking off, so your nails won't become weak from soaking in acetone. You also don't need to buff your nails to help them stick, our nails have maximum adhesion all on their own, so no more thinning down your nails! Your nails will finally be able to grow!

Our nails last up to two weeks! They are strong enough to withstand daily activities like hand washing, dishes, crafting, whatever you enjoy doing! These nails are in it for the long haul! 

Our nail wraps cannot go over tips. If you were to use full glue on nails to achieve a longer nail look, that will work. However, you are at the mercy of the glue on nail and we cannot guarantee how long they will last. Our nails are designed to go on a natural nail. But we have used glue on nails for special events.  

We can only return orders within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like a different color or product, you can request a return of your order here and proceed to order your desired product(s) on your time - this ensures that you do not have to wait for your initial order to be returned before you receive your desired product(s). Previous discount codes or promos cannot be used in future orders or exchanges.
